Payment via Bank Transfer: We accept direct transfers (RMB or US dollars), and RMB deposits into our bank account (Agricultural Bank of China only) .

Procedure for making payments

  1. If you pay the tuition (and, if applicable, the accommodation fee) by bank transfer or deposit RMB to our school’s property management company’s account, please be sure to indicate the student’s name and to fax the bank’s proof of payment along with the student’s name to the FDIS Main Office for verification. (The FDIS fax number is 021-65107760.)
  2. All fees must be received prior to the student reporting to school and receiving their textbooks. If the school fees remain unpaid, the school reserves the right to nullify the student’s admission.
  3. If the student decides to withdraw or transfer within one month after a school term begins, the student is required to show relevant certificate of documents. School will refund 50% of the tuition fee and refund a portion of  the deposit for textbooks, accommodation, or school bus and food. After one month, the tuition fee is non-refundable, but the school will refund a part of deposit for textbooks, accommodation or school bus and food. You should submit the original invoice when you apply for a refund. Please keep (a copy of?) the invoice for tuition fees, accommodation fees, textbooks fees, the school bus fees and lunch fees. If you submit the written transfer application before February 1, 2012, the school will refund 80% of the tuition fee and refund textbooks fee according to regulations.
