Payment Policy

The Fudan High School Accounting Office accepts payment by RMB cash and several kinds of bank cards. Please note that Accounting Office does not accept USD cash.

Payment via banks: We accept checks (in RMB or US dollars), direct transfers (RMB or US dollars), and RMB deposits into our bank account (Agricultural Bank of China only) .

Procedure for making payments

a. If you pay by bank transfer, please fax the bank transfer proof together with the student's name to the school's accounting office for verification. (Fax number: 021-65641849)

b. If you make payment by depositing RMB cash into our bank account, please send the original copy of the deposit receipt together with the student's name to our Accounting Office to receive an invoice.

c. All fees or a copy of the back voucher must be received prior to the student reporting to school and receiving their textbooks.

d. If the school fees remain unpaid, the school has the right to nullify the student's admission.

e. All fees should be paid fully in one installment before registration. If the students decide to withdraw or transfer within one month after a school term begins, we will refund 50% of the tuition fee. After one month, the tuition fee is non-refundable
