Description:
My name is Lang Ren. I am teaching Grade 10 to Grade 12 Physics and am the Head of the Science Department in addition to being an assistant director at FIS. I come from New Zealand and have more than 20 years of teaching experience. I taught Physics, Science, Mathematics, and have served as Head of Physics and Dean of Students in the course of my career. I completed my Bachelor of Science majoring in Physics, and I received my Post Diploma of Teaching English as a Second Language from Victoria University of Wellington and my Advanced Diploma of Teaching from Wellington College of Education (Secondary) from New Zealand. Before I came to FIS I taught IB Physics, Math, IGCSE Physics and Chemistry at an international school in Xiamen, Guangzhou, China. I enjoy travel and sports. I have enjoyed all my classes here at FIS and will do my best to help my students. I believe it is my role to provide a stimulating learning environment where each student is motivated to question, answer and add to his or her knowledge, experience and abilities in every facet of life. |
