Shanghai Ocean Aquarium TripThu, 05/07/2009 - 14:10 — cloudioOn Friday, April 17th all FIS students attended their first field trip at the Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, located at Pudong, next to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. The exhibition theme is “Experiencing the Wonders of the Five Continents at the Bottom of the Sea”. Students and teachers also visited a park near the aquarium.

Clothing DriveThu, 05/07/2009 - 13:31 — cloudioThe hard-working members of the Community Service Club distributed boxes to each homeroom so that students could collect used clothing and toys to be given to the River of Hearts organization. River of Hearts will then take these items and redistribute them to people throughout China. Thanks to the combined efforts of the Community Service Club, students, and faculty of FIS, the clothing drive was a great success and many people in the poor areas of rural China will benefit from this project!
Girls Basketball GameThu, 05/07/2009 - 13:26 — cloudioOn Dec 11, 2008, the FIS girls’ basketball team had a game with the Suzhou Singapore International School at Suzhou. FIS team won this visiting game with 48:22.
FIS Basketball GameThu, 05/07/2009 - 13:20 — cloudioOn November 15th, 2008, FIS’s boy basketball teams had an intense game – the English division versus the FIS Chinese division. Eventually, the English division lost the game at the last quarter after a long keeping on of scores.
School Sports GymkhanaThu, 05/07/2009 - 12:36 — cloudioOn November 14, FIS attended the sports gymkhana of the High School Affiliated to Fudan University. Some students achieved great rankings in this game.
