Dear Parents and Guardians,

With Quarter One Examinations now complete, we would like to invite you to
join us for Parent-Teacher Conferences on *Monday, November 15 from 4:30 to
7:00 pm*.

We encourage you to make an appointment with your child’s teachers by email;
addresses are available on the FIS website at
http://fis.net.cn/en/Academics/Faculty.

This letter will be sent home with all students on Thursday, November 4.
Please have your child return the form at the bottom half of the letter to
his or her homeroom teacher. Elementary school students can keep the signed
form in the Communication Book.

Please also note that last week we distributed letters to all students about
the FIS trip to Turkey from December 18 to January 3. That information is
attached to the email version of this letter. The exchange program’s leader,
Mrs. Hale Dere, will give a short presentation to all interested parents at
5:45 pm on the night of Parent-Teacher Conferences.
